How does the free trial work?


Simply sign-up to create your account, no credit card information is required. You will automatically have access to the highest level of SwiftCount for 14 days. At the end of the trial, decide if you would like to continue, change plan or cancel your account. No questions asked.


Which plan is right for me?


Swift is your powerful companion to receive inventory and perform inventory counts. Marketplace will give you everything you need to keep your inventory organized in a more detailed view, with a breakdown of your locations and different units of measures. Essentials is for the advanced inventory needs for your store, like if you need to track serial and lot numbers, or if you need to fulfill on sales orders. Reach out to us if you would like to talk to an expert!


Can I change my plan later on?


You can decide to upgrade or downgrade any time you want, right from your profile settings. No need to talk to anybody.


Do I have access to customer service during my free trial?


At any time during your free trial and subscription time, you will have full access to both our help centre (self serve) and our online agent support team. Additionally, you can schedule calls with our coaches to help you get going.


What platforms do you integrate with and what does in mean?


Being integrated to a third party platform means you will keep in sync both SwiftCount and the other platform for any modification that would be made in one of the platforms. SwiftCount can become your “hub”, keeping your POS, online stores, accounting package and others, all in sync at all time.
